<p>My husband and I live in Edmonton and were looking for the perfect home to retire at in Peachland. I first contacted Troy through a listing of his we found on MLS. Within the hour, Troy had several more listings for us to look at and by a process of elimination, quickly figured out what we were looking for. He took the time to do remote walk thrus with me on the other end of the phone. Sometimes we didn’t get past the entrance as he knew right away, it wasn’t the right one. A few months later we headed to Peachland and walked thru the front door of our forever home. We found Troy to be very personable, efficient, quick to respond to our emails and calls and very intuitive when it came to what we were looking for. He took the stress of buying remotely away. I would and have recommended Troy to anyone looking for a new home.</p>
