Tracie was absolutely amazing in assisting us with the purchase of our property. We lived in Toronto, and were relocating two hours east. At all times, from the first showing/visit to what would be our new home, Tracie was patient, kind and above all, very honest about the structure of the building. She told us the facts of the property, what had been done, and most importantly, what it might need. Thank you for that! We went into the purchase with eyes wide open. Tracie sold our house in less than a day with the offers 10K above our asking price, This says it all. Tracie said she could sell our house in 24 hours and we were delighted it sold so quickly.
