We had just come out of a previous situation with a different agent, feeling very discouraged and with little hope that our home would even sell. Tracie not only reestablished our faith that she would get the job done, but gave us the confidence again in the value of our home. She sold our home in no time at all and above what we were lead to believe it would sell for by our previous agent. To top it off she found buyers that seemed to be a perfect match for our needs. She is knowledgeable, kind, honest, goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend her enough!

<p>Choosing a real estate agent can be a very difficult decision. However, from the first time we met Tracie there was a comfort level that we felt and knew we’d like to work with her. We never did interview a second agent, a decision which is extremely unusual for us. Tracie did a fantastic job! She was very professional, efficient, prompt, friendly and guided us through all the documents signing explaining it as we went along. She went above and beyond giving us reassurance with our many questions, bringing flowers to add some additional color, Lysol wipes to clean after visitations, driving us to the car dealership when our car was in for repairs. We have now sold five houses and Tracie has been the best agent we’ve had.</p>

Our experience with Tracie has been impeccable. Despite buying a property in a different province, in the middle of a pandemic, with a young baby, Tracie went above and beyond to reassure and accommodate us. She was super-agile, able to quickly (re-)schedule house visits while we were driving down to Kingston, calling up experts for quick Q&A, doing last-minute video visits, etc. What we appreciated a lot was the fact that she cared about us, trying to understand what we were really after, being continuously available via phone/email, warning us for (often hidden) deficiencies in a property and even referring us to other home experts that we would need (e.g., for inspection). Above all, Tracie has a great sense of humor, making our interactions with her a lot of fun, even for the baby :-) In brief, we absolutely recommend Tracie!

Tracie was phenomenal to work with. It was quickly apparent that her years of experience were a valuable asset in our selection of our home. She listened to our needs and wants and showed us several homes in our area of interest. She pointed out great qualities in homes that I may not have thought to look for and also pointed out areas that may cause concern in the future. You could tell that Tracie has built great relationships within the realtor community. She was always able to quickly secure us a showing and was always able to get back to us with answers to any questions we had promptly.
