<p><br /> This was my first interaction with a different agent as i had been with the same one previously for 10 years and four homes. My agent was unavailable and i randomly chose Tracey and i am glad i did. Her personality matched mine as if we had known each other for years and got along like a partnership in a big purchase should. I say that because i believe a good sales agent needs to understand what your needs are to make it easier to find a suitable home. I am not the easiest client to deal with and have long lists of needs which actually all were met. Tracey never made me feel frustrated or rushed at any of the showings and each time we discovered more things that would help narrow down my choices.It was welcoming to have her opinions and kept me on track because at times i was all over the board as to what i wanted. I am in my seventh home and it is my favorite one. If for some reason i had to sell i would certainly use Tracey and recommend her to anyone.</p>

Tracey was very competent, not only on her knowledge has a realtor, but on personal level. She read me like a book. I felt she was more a friend/confident than some random realtor. She helped me with my rental, directed me to the agency, even though it was not going to pay commission. Most important she sold the house in record time! Thank you again Tracey Joanne McIntyre
