Tracey is a very approachable and patient person. She has taken to many properties and never made us feel pressured or that we were wasting her time. We really like her approach to negotiations and she helped us purchase a property two months ago during the local real estate craze. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Tracey is awesome! She's helpful, really easy to get along and communicate with, has a lovely demeanor, is patient, honest in her assessment of properties and really knows her stuff! She's passionate about real estate and delights in showing homes and finding out all the important details. We loved working with her! She didn't just help us in April 2020, she helped us from June 2019-April 2020 until we found the right house for our move.

Tracey and her whole team were very responsive and communicative. I was quite particular while still looking at a range of different places too. So, I took my time a saw a lot of houses with them. They were patient, understanding and didn't show a hint of frustration with me, lol. Now I'm very happy with the house I purchased.

We had been looking for a house in a particular neighbourhood for a couple of years. We travel across northern Canada with work so Tracey took the time to send us video of a couple of houses we considered. Then during the time of covid19, a house we have walked by many a time came on the market, Tracey sent us detailed walk through video of each floor and a video of what was the view around the house. She was there every step of the way during the purchase procedure as we could not travel due to restrictions. We truly can say without Tracey we would not have been able to purchase our home.

There were some issues with negotiations but when it came down to it Tracey put in the extra effort to get us the purchase price we wanted.
