This is my second time working with Tracey, and it was another great experience. In 2012, Tracey helped me find my home in Waterloo. This year I wanted to sell that home and downsize. That is vital to setting your home price and knowing what to pay for your next house. My home sold in 2 days and over ask. Buying a new home in a lower price range was challenging as most had multiple offers. Tracey was bang on for what each home would likely sell for and guided me on my successful offer.
