Tracey and Megan were of valuable assistance and service with our move from the GTA to the KW region (and for context, this was during a time of uncertainty in the housing market with high interest rates and low inventory). From our first meeting they understood what we needed in the stage of life for our growing family; the size of house, and the type of neighbourhood. They are very professional and prompt with all correspondence but also very warm and friendly. We knew we were in good hands with Tracey & Megan as they helped us understand our options when it came to making important decisions. And our particular transaction had some timing complexities and other unique challenges; again Tracey and Megan handled all those details so we did not have to worry.
