TJ Hart is an excellent realtor. She was our realtor for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. She lives and works in the area we were selling in so was able to do advance marketing for our sale which resulted in a quick, profitable sale. She did her research in the area we purchased in and so was able to help us negotiate a purchase price below asking. She was always available to answer questions and gave us suggestions of how to get our home ready for sale. She is very professional, easy to work with and understood our priorities when looking for a new home. We would definitely work with TJ again in the future.

I’ve know TJ for years as she is a family friend and knowing that she was in real estate I knew I had to go with her for purchasing my first home. She was incredible to work with, great attitude, always explained things clearly throughout the entire process. She is very experienced in what she does and will make sure you get into the right place and at a great place. Her professional opinions and advice went along way with my decisions. Using her I was able to get under asking price which I didn’t expect with how crazy the market has been. I highly suggest TJ to any first time homebuyers or just buyers in general. I have bought and sold 3 times in my adult life all of which were unpleasant experiences with the "sales" people I dealt with as realtors all for very different reasons but all detrimental and I had concerns of encountering the same with the sale of my current home and purchase of another. T.J. went over and above to help me, to ensure it all worked out the best for me as seller but also for the potential purchaser. She was kind and respectful and lightened my emotional load. I would not use another Realtor after my experience with her. I am most grateful for her not just her experience but for her compassion. From the first visit, we knew that TJ would look after us and help us navigate through the selling experience. She guided us through the decluttering and staging of our home, she did so well we fell in love with our home all over again. She provided information for anything we asked and gave us peace of mind that all would go well. We listed the house on Monday and before the end of the day Tuesday we had more than one offer.
