We first started working with TJ long distance from Ontario in the fall of 2022. TJ set up a portal where we could see homes that interested us and what they sold for. We visited our adult children in Alberta 3 times over the next year and TJ lined up homes for us to see during these visits. Even though we weren’t going to move to Alberta until sometime in 2024, TJ put great effort into showing us what was available but didn’t pressure us in any way. In March of 2024, TJ and my daughter viewed a home that I saw online and FaceTimed us so we could get an idea from Ontario. Ultimately, with the assurance from TJ, we purchased that home without actually seeing it in person. TJ attended all the home inspections on our behalf and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience a positive one. We moved into our wonderful home in June, 2024 and are enjoying life in Alberta! TJ is a friendly and very knowledgeable agent and we would recommend her whole heartedly.

We were first time home buyers and we had the best experience with TJ. She was so honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating during our entire experience. She made every showing that we were interested in quickly happen and helped us determine what we wanted. She knew what type of house and features would work for our family before we did and helped us narrow down our search until we found our dream home. She guided us through every step, our best interests were her priority, and she shared all of her industry connections with us even after the sale. We would 100% work with TJ again and recommend her! From the first phone call I had with TJ, I knew I had found the right realtor for us. We had tried to sell our home the previous year with another realtor from a different agency. The experience was a disaster. Talking with TJ over the phone, I heard how she would approach preparing, listing, and selling our place. She shared her background with selling our type of home and we set up a meeting. One thing I heard from TJ was her commitment to ensuring our home would be safe during viewings. She clearly stated, with a home like ours, it was more than reasonable to request the agent of listing be present during all scheduled viewings. She would be there to answer questions and walk people through our home. She sincerely wanted the best possible outcome for us with the sale of our property. TJ sat down with me and my husband after we walked through our home. I truly wanted to know what we could do differently to stage our home and she provided so many excellent suggestions. We followed her guidance in removing items, adding items, and rearranging furniture. She also brought in items of her own to add those extra touches along with her team of helpers who joined us in getting the place prepared. When the house was "show home ready" and the weather was warm enough to open the outdoor pool, she hired a photographer and video team to capture the space. This is when her expertise and talent sparkled. The videos with her trained voice and polished camera demeanour provided us with the perfect material to list our home. The photographer TJ selected took great care with each shot as she wanted to portray the house to its fullest. Then TJ facilitated the best open house one could ever hope for, going above and beyond. She hosted a realtor's advance viewing the day before along with a neighbourhood special invitation opportunity before the public open house. So many special extras at that open house and I knew she did her very best for us. Within three weeks we had two offers. I watched and listened to TJ respect both potential buyers as she negotiated the finest sale for our needs. Once the details were completed, it was time to find the next place for us to live. I was open to renting as well as checking out previously owned homes which might be a fit for our family. TJ came alongside and she prepared a manageable tour list for a few days of seeking. Then we found the home for us. Again, TJ knew how to approach the other side of the deal. Now she represented us as the buyers. And we were able to work those details out as well. One specific support she provided was a comparison of similar homes on the market to the one we chose. She gave the details regarding square footage, location, and list price. This was very beneficial as she wanted to ensure we had buyer's assurance with our purchase. Throughout the several months of selling and buying, TJ was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and she took the time needed to make sure we had the best of both experiences. I will be forever grateful for the quality care she gave and the exemplary professionalism she provided.

Finding a good real estate agent is not necessarely an easy task. It’s even more difficult when looking to relocate from a distance. There’s no book or internet websites that rate agents to help us. My wife and I consider ourselves quite lucky to have ‘found’ TJ Hart in Okotoks. Life events have made us relocate 3 times in the past two years and in every one of these transactions we put our needs and confidence in the hands of TJ. We were never disappointed and appreciated her support, honesty and dedication. It’s obvious TJ loves her work. Our most recent transaction involved looking for a property in either Okotoks or High River while we were still residing in Montreal. Not necessarely and easy feat. TJ offered us ‘video visits’ of the properties that were of interest to us. I must admit that I was impressed in her ability to explain in detail everything that we were seeing, with comments and observations. I know that this is not an easy task (I’m a retired cameraman) and was a pleasure to watch. Actually visiting a property this way almost makes it better that being there as her camera work, comments and attention to detail makes us focus and understand what we are seeing. She never ‘speeds’ through anything and takes the time required to explain and answer our questions. TJ will also comment on the condition of things we should be aware of, avoiding any unpleasant surprises. Over the years we’re dealt with several agents. TJ, hands down, made our transactions so much easier and pleasant. We appreciated her "above and beyond" approach, her marketing and attention to detail and her willingness to help us, knowing that we could reach her at any time with questions, made us feel confident that we would find the right home (and we have). So to make a potentially long story short, if anyone is looking for a real estate agent in the areas of Okotoks and High River, to sell or buy, I highly recommend you consider TJ, you will be very happy and definitely not regret it - and you will also remember my comments to be true...
