We have sold our home enjoying the high professional skills of Tim Lind. The sale was performed in a couple of days due to the extremely good advices of Tim. He acted not only professionally but also in the friendly manner, that helped us to pass through the selling process much easier that previously thought. Tim is prompt, knowledgeable and very considerate. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs real estate services.

I had watched Tim Lind in his real estate career over the years as I had dealt with him before in the deck and railing business. He was great to deal with. So when I decided to sell my home I decided to contact Tim. I could tell after our meeting that he was the Guy to sell my home. Very thorough and new the tricky market and my unique property. Tim and his assistant Olivia were very good to deal with any of my questions or concerns promptly. Follow up with other realtors who had shown my home to get their clients thoughts.
