I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase real estate. He made the whole process simple and easy, kept us informed every step of the way. In our situation we had to communicate with family in a different province and Tim was on the ball with communication and making sure everything went by smoothly. I can say confidently that he is not the type to just talk you into buying a place. He will point out the cons as well so you never feel like your being forced or sweet talked into anything. Being in the younger demographic I never felt like Tim brushed me off or did not take me seriously as a buyer. Overall my experience was great and I look forward to reaching out to him in the future as well!

Tim has been a great help to me since I left Canada in 2018. He discussed market trends and helped me determine the right time to sell. I finally sold the property this year based on his recommendations and got the price I was looking for. Tim has extensive experience and also assisted me with non-resident taxes, of which I was unaware. He recommended excellent lawyers and accountants to complete the process. I didn't have to worry about anything while overseas, as everything was smoothly taken care of by him.

Tim is very punctual, efficient, and direct. Tim takes initiative to truly get to know us and our family so he gets a better idea to what we want and when he’s not clear he would ask to make sure. Tim always double checks the paper work to make sure it’s what we ask of is put on paper. I’ve worked with many realtors before but none have met our expectations like it did with Tim. This is our 4th house that Tim helped us buy. While in ON Tim was the only one who picked up my phone call and I called 5! I wasn’t ready to buy at the time but Tim kept helping me for two months until I was ready. Patient, kind, understanding, honest, and hard working sums Tim up.
