We do not live in the province and was able to handle a lot of the misc paperwork items on our behalf plus attend the home inspection etc. She also went above an beyond after the purchase to allow cleaning personal, furnace inspection company access to the property. She was very comprehensive in outlining to us various charges that we should expect, putting us in touch with a local law firm and coordinating key retrieval etc. Overall our experience was much less stressful knowing that Shalon would be tending to many items that we would have probably overlooked.</p>
