I'm so happy I get to share my positive experience with Shalon on this review site. If you are reading this, I must assume you are looking for a realtor? You can stop looking now, just call Shalon. She is ultra professional, always stays in contact, attends all of the inspections, and is always right on top of every situation. I've moved a dozen times all over the country for work, and have worked with many realtors. Shalon stands out with her professionalism, attention to detail, pleasant demeanor - way too many positives to list here. I'm so glad to have been referred to her, she made this purchase very easy. 5 STARS, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shalon was a great help to us. She helped us to sell our house, even though it was a private sale. She did a walk-through of our house and compared it to houses that were selling and those that were not. She even helped with our private sale contract. We walked through several prospective houses and she shared her thoughts about them. We really appreciated her honesty in answering all of our questions. Shalon helped us to negotiate a great price on the house that we bought. We learned that there is a great deal more involved in buying and selling real estate than we imagined. Shalon was fantastic to work with when we purchased our cabin. Having been raised in the area she has extensive knowledge of the Shuswap region. She noticed several things about the property that we didn't initially see. This gave us leverage for negotiating price and conditions. She kept us informed along the way and provided reminders about what needed to be completed next.
