Shalon was recommended to us from friends that had her as their realtor. We are so glad she helped us with the sale of my Mom and Dad's home and the purchase of a 'new' home for my husband and I. Because we were dealing with two homes at the same time, the challenge could have been quite a hassle. Instead, Shalon was informative as to what the market was doing and is well versed in the importance of responding quickly during negotiations. She helped us with recommendations for repair men and cleaning people to make the whole process easier. Shalon had practical advice for what needed to be repaired and how to present my parents house for sale. We ended up getting the asking price for my parents home! With the purchase of the new house, we were very particular with our needs as this house had to serve as an office location as well. She kept the suggested properties within our budget and ended up showing us the perfect home. I can't say enough about how helpful Shalon was with trying to buy and sell homes for two families at the same time. She is thoughtful, punctual, very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and also has a sense of humor. Just the qualities we needed with a realtor. I have since recommended Shalon to other people with 100% confidence and will continue to do so.

We do not live in the province and was able to handle a lot of the misc paperwork items on our behalf plus attend the home inspection etc. She also went above an beyond after the purchase to allow cleaning personal, furnace inspection company access to the property. She was very comprehensive in outlining to us various charges that we should expect, putting us in touch with a local law firm and coordinating key retrieval etc. Overall our experience was much less stressful knowing that Shalon would be tending to many items that we would have probably overlooked.</p>
