Terry went above and beyond our expectations to facilitate the sale of our home. He was professional and knowledgeable in all respects. From the appraisal to the home inspection to the offer to purchase and the final signatures and paperwork he was there to make it all go smoothly. He made one of the largest transactions of our life less stressful. We would recommend his services to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Terry was wonderful to work with. He took time to answer all of the question that we had and always got back to us in a timely manner. He researched our area and was able to get us what we were expecting for the sale of our house. Terry is very personable and we felt at ease trusting him and his team to sell our home.

Terry is great!,he sold my condo faster then I could have imagined (3 days and we had an offer for the full asking price, I was told by another realtor it could sit for months), and helped negotiate a new build with us. We have another property to list to conclude the deal and Terry is listing that one as well.
