Terry Isaryk has gone above and beyond as my agent. If I asked to see a house he would line up several in a row that fit my criteria. He was always positive and made it his role to play whatever position I needed him to play in my decision making process. He was supportive, a sounding board, devils advocate, friend, and agent. I would recommend him to anyone looking and they would be lucky to have Terry on their journey/team.

Terry represented our interests thoughtfully and professionally. He worked collaboratively, listened to our opinions, and marketed our home in a thorough and cogent manner. We sold our home in one day at a price that we were extremely pleased with. Terry was able to address any concerns we had in relation to the sale of our home. His experience and knowledge is evident and we had total confidence in him throughout the process. We would certainly utilize his services in the future.

Terry is an outstanding real estate agent. He was so patient throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Terry was always prompt to answer in entirety. We viewed quite a number of properties, this is where Terry's knowledge and experience shines. He pointed out the pros and cons of the properties including specifics we never would have known about or to look for. Throughout the process it was clear he had our best intentions in mind and truly wanted us to find the right home. He maintained the same enthusiasm and professionalism even when we kept striking out house after house. In the end, Terry negotiated to secure us our perfect home. I cannot recommend Terry enough! We will continue to use him for any future home buying/selling and encourage all of our friends and family to do the same.
