We sold our home in one day at a price that we were extremely pleased with. Terry was able to address any concerns we had in relation to the sale of our home. Terry is an outstanding real estate agent. He was so patient throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Terry was always prompt to answer in entirety. We viewed quite a number of properties, this is where Terry's knowledge and experience shines. He pointed out the pros and cons of the properties including specifics we never would have known about or to look for. Throughout the process it was clear he had our best intentions in mind and truly wanted us to find the right home. He maintained the same enthusiasm and professionalism even when we kept striking out house after house. In the end, Terry negotiated to secure us our perfect home. I cannot recommend Terry enough! We will continue to use him for any future home buying/selling and encourage all of our friends and family to do the same.

<p>Our experience working with Terry has been excellent from the beginning. First he provided us with a thoughtful market evaluation and explained what we could reasonably expect from the sale of our home which gave us the confidence to explore building our dream home. He then provided us with representation as our buyers agent and helped us select the perfect model of home to build and gave us excellent advice on cost effective upgrades that would help with resale in the event that we had to move. Then he found us a serious buyer for our current home before our renovations were even complete and the house was not even close to being on the market. He not only helped these buyers see our ultimate vision for the home once completed but also helped them recognize the value we had added to our home. This led to a solid offer with no conditions for the market value discussed from the beginning which was the highest I have seen in my neighbourhood and a more than reasonable possession date of five months in the future to allow our home to be constructed. Then he used his contacts within the industry to get things moving on our home construction and made sure that the person in charge of the scheduling of our build was aware of our possession date for the sale of our current house and was able to provide us with confidence that the completion date would be close to the possession date. Finally, Terry offered all of this value at a very reasonable commission rate which allowed us to maximize our equity. Overall I am extremely satisfied from my experience working with Terry and will be recommending him to all my family and friends in the future.</p>
