We were away when we decided to sell our home middle of December after another interest increase and a slowing down in the marker. Flew home - one call to Terry and he arrived with massive amounts of information. Within 2 hours all was prepared for sale. We flew back to complete our vacation and left everything to Terry and his team. Within 5 days of showings we accepted an offer $30K over asking plus the date of possession we wanted. Absolutely amazing - what a simple stress-free process while we were out of the country. So grateful that friends of ours had recommended him and will definitely pass along his name to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling.
