Terry is a Realtor who genuinely puts the interests of his clients first. He is knowledgeable, forthright, meticulous in detail and, above all, an honest professional. He guided us through the process of purchasing a condominium, showing patience when we requested viewing, pointing out various things we should be looking for, answered all questions to our satisfaction and gave us a feeling that we made the right choice when considering this next phase of our life. We appreciated the constant communication, through texts or phone conversations. Before each viewing, he had researched and prepared documents, pointing out the features of the potential “buy”. When it came time to selling our home, once again he took the time to walk us through the process, covering the various stages over several weeks. Timelines were promised and met with our satisfaction. We felt confident that things were being looked after and we could trust Terry to do the best for us. The photographer shooting the photos and video did an outstanding job, showing our home in the best light. Once the house was listed on the MLS web site, Terry personally added a few of our own photos to show our backyard in all its summer splendour. When several offers to purchase our home were presented, Terry carefully and methodically went through each one, showing the positives of the offer. We appreciated his honesty, integrity, and communication with us throughout the buying and selling process. Terry walked us through the whole selling experience with understanding and professionalism. His advice was invaluable. He dealt with other agents booking appointments and kept us up to date as to when viewings would take place.

Our realtor (Terry Isaryk) was outstanding through all phases of the sale of our current home and the purchase of our dream home! Terry has shown us many homes over the last several years, and was always incredibly professional. He patiently showed us home after home, year after year, while we painstakingly searched for our dream property. He always provided us with excellent advice! Finally this summer we found the perfect home for us and Terry helped us negotiate the best possible price & terms, guided us in writing the best possible offer, and handled the delicate negotiations with the sellers. Meanwhile, he told us exactly how to get our own home ready to sell, what to focus upon during the staging process, and how to most effectively spend our limited time (we have four children, all active in sports, etc) to prepare for showings. He gave us amazing advice on how to price our home, and it worked! We had 25 showings in just three days and our home received 10 offers, some of which were for as much as $100,000 over list price. Despite the fact interest rates have risen a great deal, Terry knew exactly how to position our home in the marketplace to get the best response and maximum value. If we hadn't followed Terry's advice, there is no way we would have done as well as we did on our sale. We bought our first home from Terry more than 20 years ago, and all these years later he is still providing us with amazing service! He has become a dear and trusted friend, and we would never recommend anyone else but Terry for our friends' and family members' real estate needs. He's simply the best!
