Terrie was very knowledgeable about the areas and properties. There was no pressure at any time while looking at places. She showed me places that were in my budget range and in good areas. She took the time to listen and was very practical throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend to other looking to buy or sell.

<p>Terrie was beyond great to work with. Having a limited knowledge of the Regina area she took the time to walk me through the pros/cons of each community within the city. After viewing homes in various communities to get a general feel for each area and what I wanted she did a fantastic job of communicating current and new listings. When I found "the one" she compared previous sales and current listing to help decide on the appropriate offer. She was great at communicating throughout the whole home buying experience and prepared me for all the outcomes from the initial offer until the sale closed. She went above an beyond for me lining up home inspections and standing in for me while I was away with work. Her knowledge of the city, patience, and professionalism are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone moving to the area in the future.</p>
