Terrie was an absolute professional. She was super flexible and available for any needs or questions. She sold our home in literally 3 days in a tough market. Her negotiation skills and advice was direct, honest and above any other I have every dealt with. She is a motivated agent who leads in her field. She was great at communicating throughout the whole home buying experience and prepared me for all the outcomes from the initial offer until the sale closed. She went above an beyond for me lining up home inspections and standing in for me while I was away with work. Her knowledge of the city, patience, and professionalism are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone moving to the area in the future.</p>
