Terrie is extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative and made the selling of our condo easy and low stress. We would recommend her to anybody!

Terrie consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Even when it wasn't in her immediate best interest. For example, a couple of times we almost made an emotional decision to jump into making a bid right away but she helped slow us down and think through it more. She was also an excellent negotiator with strong gut instincts that turned out to be more accurate than my own. She was generally quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the whole process as first-time home buyers. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine a better experience than what I had with Terrie. She showed us the research she did to make her recommendations, took the time to make sure I understood everything, and was both professional and kind. She was outstanding every step of the way! Terrie was very knowledgeable about the total sale package. From comparing homes and prices to assigning a marketable listing number. Terrie kept in touch with us every step of the way and even provided staging to ensure the house was at its presentable best. Terry was also responsible for finding our new home and in an area that we may have not looked at but checks off all the boxes in our search criteria. We are hoping that this is our last move but if the bug bites again Terrie will be our go to person !
