Terrie and her team were excellent to deal with. The services of her recommended staging consultant and the photographer were of great value to showcase our house. Terrie is a great communicator and very professional. She is very knowledgeable and provided lots of helpful information at every step of the process including determining the proper list price all the way through to completion of the sale. I would highly recommend Terrie as she made selling our house easy and painless.

Terrie was an excellent agent for us. She went above and beyond in providing us with very helpful information about the past and current real estate market for homes in our area, that was important in decision-making about an appropriate list price. We felt she recognized the quality and good maintenance of our home and emphasized this in setting a price and marketing it. Terrie was efficient, communicative, helpful and supportive at every step, providing us with names of others who could assist as required.

Terrie was great. She always kept my lifestyle needs in mind when we were doing viewings, provided all of the information I needed, and fought down to the wire to get the final documentation required for the purchase. I wouldn't have my new home without her!

Terrie consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Even when it wasn't in her immediate best interest. For example, a couple of times we almost made an emotional decision to jump into making a bid right away but she helped slow us down and think through it more. She was also an excellent negotiator with strong gut instincts that turned out to be more accurate than my own. She was generally quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the whole process as first-time home buyers. Highly recommended!
