Teri Ann has kept herself in my sights with yearly letters at Christmas for over 30 years. We bought our first house in 1992 and then again in 1998 and now I just sold my current house. She knows the business and "Works for her Clients" getting the best price for them. She just knows how to sell a house, by pricing it in the right category, making sure that there is a stager and professional photographer to show the house in the best way possible. She is also very collaborative with all involved and never pushy about what she wants, but what the client wants I am very happy with her service, would recommend her to anyone.
