Very pleasant. Both Stephanie and Teri-Ann were very prompt in their response. Their suggestions were very clear and unbiased. We loved the service through out the entire process.

I did not pick Teri-Ann but she was assigned to me by a corporate moving organization. I had never met her beforehand. I do believe that the organization has only the best available to recommend to the client. I can not say enough positive things about Teri-Ann. She listened to my sale concerns at our first meeting. And we discussed marketing and her strategy to maximize the selling price. With her skills and knowledge around the pictures and listing description, I had 32 house showings on the first day and 17 showings on the second day. We received 17 offers of purchase, within the two days the listing was active. And my house sold at 20% over asking price. I don’t think you can go wrong choosing Teri-Ann as your real estate agent!
