<p>Have had Rudi and Trish assist me in buying/selling four houses now, one more to go (hopefully my forever home). They are very professional and caring. They make sure you're fully informed every step of the way by keeping in regular contact. They also go out of their way to make sure you're fully satisfied and find exactly what you're looking for. Have gone above and beyond in order to make an offer come together. Highly recommend both for making what is a very stressful, chaotic time much easier.</p>

<p>Rudi is always one step ahead of the game - you consistently are made aware of what is coming next in the process. If the process hits a snag he has the network and resources to step in and address it and he keeps his sense of humour and cool when yours is being tested. He is friendly and professional. Communication is first rate and if you can't immediately reach him then Trish is right there to help. In our case, as out of town buyers, we couldn't attend property inspections but Rudi was there to represent us without being asked. The standout quality with Rudi is honesty! He looked at one property with us and said "Don't touch it!". With the one we bought he told us it was overpriced and where our offer should come in. That could have cost him an easy sale but he helped us get a better price than we thought possible. The man is just plain straight up! In our mind he is the "go to" guy in the Parksville/Qualicum area. Dave and Trina.</p>
