We were combining 2 households and Taylor sold both of our townhouses in less than a week and found us our perfect "forever home." We have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. From our first meeting with Taylor, we were absolutely amazed at how prepared and on top of his profession he is. He came to our meeting with a package of comparative listing properties in our area, he had extensively prepared to know different market features and values within our neighbourhood. I was over the top impressed. His people skills and communication style are second to none. He relates information in a way that is both easy to follow and never dictating what 'should be'. I felt fully in control of the sale of my home that I had invested many years of life and effort in. I have always felt a little skeptical of many real estate agents I've met and dealt with and how some I've met can come off greasy and not that knowledgeable -you sometimes feel like you are a means to their end. Taylor was the complete opposite to this. He and his team made us feel like superstars and we were ecstatic with his responsiveness to our questions and concerns during the sale. I have, and will continue to, rave and recommend him to my family and friends when they are thinking of buying or selling property- but especially their home. I think Taylor and his team made us feel like we mattered and the sale of our home was an experience that we both enjoyed.
