My husband and I have always dreamed of retiring and moving to Vancouver Island. We were at the cusp of our plans when COVID and the lock down started. We contacted Taylor Hack and another agency to see what options we had in today's unprecedented market. After meeting with both agencies it was clear that Taylor was there to help us through selling our home and achieving our dream. Our first meeting was very low key. Taylor had us feel very relaxed as he shared what was currently happening in the Edmonton market. We reviewed several properties which would be considered our competition and then what had recently sold. After our meeting we had a few projects to complete before we were ready to put our home on market. We did not feel any pressure regarding timelines or where we wanted to price our home. This allowed us to enter into the market with confidence. One of the valuable recommendations made by Taylor was to vacate the home which would open up more opportunity for showing during COVID. This also demonstrated that we were open to a quick possession. Taylor's team provided us timely feedback regarding our showings and we were always advised when someone was entering our home and if they had completed the COVID pre-screening. We went back to our home daily to sterilize to ensure safety for the next showing. During the offer process, Taylor again demonstrated his commitment to providing us the best representation. We were able to achieve what we were looking for in price and possession. I found that the feedback and market videos that Taylor and his team provided help us ease through the marketing and sale of our home during a very stressful time.

Working with the Hac&co team has been seamless! I defiantly prefer working with a team vs an individual ad there are so many moving parts with the purchase process and they have made it so easy! Our realtor Anthony has gone above and beyond in each scenario and you can tell that he TRULY cares about our happiness. One night after business hours Anthony called us to say that he was looking at the crime map of the area(on a house we were seriously considering) and didn’t think it would be great for me to be home alone without Clay. How many realtors would do that?!?! That’s just one example. We are extremely happy! See you in 10-15 years guys! ;)
