We met Jane Vu in October of 2023. The market at the time wasn't hot (no pun intended). Regardless, Jane was eager to help us find a home for our family. Jane was always ready with new listings and appointments to check out. She literally went the distance for us, because we wanted to find a home in the Northern area of Edmonton, and Jane usually works in the Southern areas of Edmonton. For us, that's what makes Jane special, her willingness to go that extra mile. With her help, we were able to find the perfect home for our family for a price point that I didn't think was possible. Once we placed our bid, Jane helped navigate us through the negotiating aspect. Through some careful strategic planning, the deal became firm and now we are waiting to move into our new home. Jane has been a consummate ally through this whole process. Always eager to look at a home. There were even a few late and last minute showings that Jane was able to arrange for us.
