On our first meeting he sat down with us and went through the entire process with all the details we needed while keeping it straightforward and easily digestible for people unfamiliar with the home buying process. Cordell listened to all of the things we were looking for/looking to avoid and found us lots of great homes to view. During the viewings, Cordell was able to provide keen observations on highlights and drawbacks of each home that we would not have noticed, and an eye for detail that was incredibly beneficial. He also made the experience so enjoyable that were were almost disappointed that we found a home so quickly! Cordell worked brilliantly around our busy schedules and he was very quick and efficient when it came time to put in an offer on a home. He supported us and stayed in contact with us through the condition removal process, offering advice and connecting us with home inspectors, condo document review companies, lawyers, etc. so we never felt lost or overwhelmed. He made us both feel so confident through the entire process, and we could not be more grateful!

She has a wide knowledge about market and neighbourhoods and gave me a lot of advice as well as visiting all houses on our behalf.
