Tamer was extremely knowledgeable about the transaction from beginning to end. Tamer was very honest and places his client's interest first. Tamer was able to help us by using his architectural engineering background to help facilitate issues that may arise as we were going through the transaction. Tamer brings 20+ years of experience from building to inspections in every deal to ensure the client is happy. This transaction was extremely difficult due to the fact that the home being purchased was not yet built, but Tamer was able to help us from before the first stone being placed to when we closed on the property ensure all building codes are met at the highest level including the builder's drawings.
