At first we were struggling to find all the features of a home that perfectly suited us but from his help and his knowledge we were finally able to decide what exactly we were looking for. He also has an excellent inspection/examination skills of any house that we have previously seen. And not only that but he is also well known for respecting his time, and he has always been there when we needed his opinion. From What i have experienced with him within this short period of time ,i can tell that one of his good qualities as a real state is that he is a good negotiator.
