Sunny was extremely patient and took the time to understand our needs as first time home buyers. Most importantly, he listened to us without intervening or overlapping with his opinions. Throughout our search, we never once felt pressured or swayed to invest in a property—Sunny gave us the freedom to envision and map out our potential future with each property. I was by far the most stubborn, difficult and hard to impress…however, Sunny delivered and made sure that he was with us every step of the way, even when I had already made up my mind on the property from the first step in.
