Sunny was incredibly professional and diligent in helping us buy and prepare our existing home for sale. We had a very specific type of home we wanted to buy and Sunny made sure to look for e erything within our parameters. Sunny also made sure our home was ready for listing the moment we found what we wanted. We worked with Sunny for nearly a year and counted on his expert advice throughout. Every home we saw wasnt quite right. Sunny really understood what we wanted and would provide his thoughtful opinion on many homes. We recently found our home and Sunny worked diligently to negotiate our purchase and quickly listed our home which sold within 5 days. Sunny went above and beyond for us. All interaction was done while we were in Florida. He even came out to shovel after a storm because people were coming through that day. We had 6 offers on the house, Sunny never pressured us into taking them. We waited for the right one, discussed it and finally accepted it.
