<p>i am extremely happy with Sunny’s service. i had my house up on the market for 4 months before with a previous real estate agent. I would not get very many viewings (1 maybe 2 a week) and no offers. The agent was blaming this on the slow market. After I finished my contract with the previous agent I contacted Sunny and I was impressed from the first day. Once my house was in the market I would get multiple viewings daily. I felt like he was putting in a lot of work to make sure my house was well represented and advertised. Within 2 weeks of my house being on the market it was sold, for basically full asking price. I would recommend using Sunny as your real estate agent. He is a professional that knows the business and gets the job done. Sunny and one other made the top of my short list and I chose to go Sunny because the services he promised to include in his commission surpassed those of his competitors. Sunny kept every one of his promises, was always extremely responsive, made me feel like I was his only customer in that he always gave me his full attention, and sold my house above asking price within the first 10 days. I highly recommend this man as your agent.

So I signed up with a high profile agent from Toronto who made huge promises.The house was listed on MLS for 28 days and this agent was not even answering my calls and each time I called he said I was about to bring an offer. On Thursday we got an offer and with little amendments, which of course were handled by Sunny, we accepted the offer.The house was sold in less than a week.We met him on Sunday evening and Friday evening offer agreement was signed.So I want to thank Sunny for his commitment and professionalism.He is a highly dedicated professional.He always answers the phone is available to answer all questions.Sunny didn't make any tall claims. He gave me 15 to days to sell and sold the house under a week.I am really impressed with how he exceeds expectations.</p>
