Sunny promised and Sunny delivered. Very professional and very friendly. He set my home at the right price creating lots of activity. With that my home sold in only 2 days! He set everything up from the get go and we hit the ground running. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or buy. I, myself, chose Sunny because I saw his for sale sign around and they were never up very long before a SOLD sign was attached.
