When my wife and I decided to sell our house we picked 3 agents to interview. We choose Sunny Purewal to sell our house. From the first conversation I had with Sunny his advice and honesty made me feel at ease. From his evaluation, stagers, cleaning lady and pictures it was truly a remarkable and stress free process. From our family with 3 young children his scheduling was flexible and precise with appointments. The slogan "Sunny sells" is an understatement! We had over 30 showing and closed our firm offer over asking price within 2.5 days. I would strongly recommend Sunny to anyone who is looking for a hardworking, honest and adaptable agent. One thing Sunny told me that I will hold forever "never tell an agent what you are ok with settling for....make them work to get you the most they can" (Sunny you did it) I am so proud to have met Sunny and greatful we choose him. Very happy and highly satisfied with Sunny’s service. Spoke to a lot of known agents in Brampton and everyone were hesitant and refused to sell my house for over 1.1 million, saying market is down, not enough buyer, etc, lots of excuses. Then i met Sunny, recommended by a friend. He was very pleasant, approachable and very confident that he could sell the house at our asking price. And he did!
