I chose Stewart as my agent because word of mouth recommend him as a hard working honest one. When I decided to sell out of a valuable property in Marda Loop, he worked hard helping me to buy my first condominium property, a townhouse, and did an excellent job of working me through the complexities of it all. Five years later he helped me sell that townhouse when i relocated to BC. He did a great job that time too. I can't recommend him enough.

21 years ago, we were two quite green new generation immigrants from East Europe and Stewart had all the patience needed to show as around a number of properties until we picked one and bought it. We lived happily in it ever since. The price was quite as expected and the building has been most satisfactory in all regards. We have been lucky to find Stewart. NOTE: That was January 2002. + I met Stewart when we were both volunteering for the Calgary Folk Fest. I mentioned that I was shopping for a townhouse in the NW. He knew the market and quickly found me a suitable residence. I was impressed with his diplomatic communication skills and his enthusiasm. That was 22 years ago. I have received a Christmas card from him every year since then. Should I ever decide to move again, Stewart's number is the first and only call I'll make.
