I met Stew in July of 2007 when he assisted me with the purchase of a condo in the Canyon Pines complex. Since that time, we have stayed in touch and Stew has provided me with frequent updates on what is happening in the complex. I have two condos in the complex and rent out one of them. Stew has given me advice on being a landlord and the problems that come up. Stew has been reliable, dependable, and provided me with excellent customer service. I have no problem recommending him to others who need the services of a good realtor.

In late 2021 Stewart arranged sale of my house in Ramsay which I had bought in 1998 for my daughter to live in. The sale price was well above expectation. He found a number of suitable properties for my daughter to view and she bought one in Maylands Heights. She is very happy with Stewart's service and with her new place. With regard to my own experience I should mention that my age at the time was almost 95 and Stewart was most attendant to that fact and made sure that I understood the process at every step. He always put me at ease at every step. I would certainly consider him if I were to sell my home in University Heights.

Stew did a great job of finding us exactly what we wanted. He was always available to show us homes and worked around our very busy schedule. We will use Stew for our future real estate needs.

Stewart was my agent in both buying and selling my previous house in Calgary. Professional, experienced, and goes above and beyond from start to finish. Highly recommend.

When I decided to acquire revenue properties Stew was my first call, so it was natural that he was my first call when I decided it was time to start divesting those properties. He had done an excellent job through the years of keeping me up to date on what was happening in the world of YYC Real Estate. He really earned his pay on this one. It started with an uncooperative tenant and it just seemed there little surprises that just kept occurring right up to and including possession day. Stew kept is cool, made sure everyone was informed and held the deal together. I will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for realtor to help them buy or sell a property.    

When we decided to buy a new home, Stew was our first call. We had known him for years and knew we would work well together as he had sold a piece of land for us the year before. We wanted to stay in our neighbourhood, so it didn’t take long to find the one we wanted. Once we put the offer in Stew worked out the details with the other realtor and it all came together smoothly. We have know been in our new home since December of 2012 and are still loving it. We have no problem recommending Stew to anyone looking for a realtor.
