Stephanie Peat was beyond professional and friendly in every aspect of the purchase of my new home. She was very knowledgeable about purchasing strata property and provided the advice I needed when I needed it. She went beyond negotiating the sale, to also come herself to clean out what the previous owners had left. This was days after I had moved in. She also checked to see if I was settling in well and was concerned about issues that had not been resolved that were beyond her control. She provided advice and guidance.
