I gave Stephanie Peat 5 stars because that was the maximum allowed. I have use Stephanie a few years ago and again recently for the purchase and sale of residential properties. I can’t say enough great things about her and her professionalism, knowledge of the market, high attention to detail, and effectiveness as a real estate agent. Stephanie went above and beyond in her role and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough!

We had a wonderful time house hunting. Steph was very supportive and knowledgeable. It was less stressful and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Steph to others out there that needs a realtor. Hope to work with you again in the future.

Stephanie made sure that our property received as much exposure as possible which resulted in relatively quick sale during a difficult time in the housing market. The "icing on the cake" was when Stephanie had to leave town due to a family emergency at the same time we were having difficulty closing the sale. She personally made sure that we were kept informed of the ongoing process. It would have been easy for her to delegate the task to one of her staff, but she did not. My wife and I would definitely recommend her to anyone requiring a Realestate Agent and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future. Stephanie, once again, thank you so much.
