We were looking for a new home for our family, planning to move from a different province with our two very small children. We weren’t able to make the trip to Vancouver Island to view houses, so we took a leap of faith and put all our trust in Stephanie to find us a home. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a new home, and we felt at ease with her immediately. She was very easy to reach, is an excellent communicator and did everything within her power to ensure our experience was positive. We ended up with the perfect home, in a wonderful neighborhood. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our home, and are so grateful for all Stephanie’s incredible efforts to get us to this place.

Stephanie was an excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent and made the whole process of buying and selling a home a pleasure. She was knowledgeable regarding the local market and was able to assist us in obtaining a fair market value for our home and negotiate a fair purchase price on our new home. She was always there to answer any of our questions and ensured we were informed and updated at all times.
