Stephanie Allardice was a pleasure to work with. While purchasing a new home my husband and I were juggling full time jobs and living in different communities. Stephanie's knowledge of the local real estate market and professionalism, combined with her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process for us. Stephanie returned calls and messages promptly even outside of regular business hours. She setup house viewings very quickly, which was integral to us finding our new home in a hot market. We found her to be very kind, patient and we felt fortunate to have Stephanie as our realtor!
