Sophie provided outstanding professional service for us on the purchase of our new home in Lindell Beach. She was also our realtor 4 years ago when me moved to Penticton from Chilliwack. I would highly recommend Sophie as your realtor of choice.

We would readily recommend Sophie as a competent and qualified realtor. From the initial interview, through the explanation of the realtor’s contract and purchase offers, the creation of the sales brochure, her welcoming availability for any questions or suggestions, her willingness to put herself out to ensure the property was properly shown by being available when potential buyers visited, to negotiating a fair price she conducted herself positively and professionally. Though recognizing she had other clients, through the whole process we always were made to feel we were her primary client and our welfare was of paramount concern to her efforts.

For those of you who don't know Sophie as a realtor you are in for a wonderful experience. Sophie is knowledgeable right on time, does a beautiful layout of your home, garden, etc. Sophie was easy to work with, offered suggestions if needed, and made my sale an absolute pleasure. Thank you Sophie.
