I have worked with the Song team 3 times. Few years ago, they helped us buy the first townhouse. At that time, we did not know much about the housing market. We are afraid that we may encounter problematic houses, such as marijuana grow houses or damaged houses. They are very patient and professional and expand on the basis of fully understanding our needs. Our first house was actually deleted from the picture list by us. Sophia added it back and recommended us to take a look. We don't had a real sense until we arrived in the house , and we fell in love with it immediately. Three years later, the Song team provided a free housing staging service, which helped us quickly sell it at a very good price and helped us purchase the current lovely house. These three experiences of buying and selling houses were very pleasant and smooth. They are very pragmatic, professional, strong in negotiation, quick in response, and able to insist on protecting the interests of their guests. They also have good taste to make the house complete the transaction quickly. Highly recommend to my friends, their service is worth every penny you spend.
