Nick and Sophia have provided the most professional service I have ever experienced with any real estate agent I have worked with! Both of them have excellence expertise and experiences in RE advising us throughout the entire sale process. They have diligently worked with us every step of the way ensuring that our interested are protected and that our price goals are achieved. In the end, our sale was high above market rate which was such a great delight to the entire family. The entire process was a very light lift for us, they took care of everything even when I am overseas. The staging and cleaning services they provided were professional. Their marketing promo are one of the best. We are so grateful for Nick and Sophia! My family has done business with Song Team several times in the past. Most recently, Sophia helped us sell our one-bedroom condo. She exceeded our expectations in terms of the comprehensiveness of preparation (for example, fixing minor cosmetic issues in the apartment that other agents probably would have left). Sophia's ability in staging is one of the big factors for us choosing Song Team, and we were not disappointed this time! Plus, Song Team has adapted very well to the marketing conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the end, we sold for a price more than 10% higher than our highest expectation. That's a lot of additional money! Lots of people nowadays think a full-service realtor is a waste of money, but it really makes a difference!

<p>Nick and Sophia are the most professional realty agents we have ever known! We have been active in residential sale market for over a decade now and have done a handful of transactions. So far none has exceeded our expectations so much as the Song Team did! If you just want to sell a house I think you can find anyone in the market nowadays but if you want to "launch" it and sell for and above the real value of your property, you HAVE to hire the Song Team. They are not just providing a sale service, boy they are providing a whole package of pleasant experience of sale! We had a house that had a previous bad tenant who has left the property damaged in a few areas when we decided to sell. The Song team has taken care of everything from arranging handyman to do repair, landscaping company to tidy up the backyard (it's huge and it's on a steep slope! I have contacted a few companies and in vain but the Song Team really have their connection to the right service people!), They even gave very professional and helpful advice on renovation before the sale, PLUS their staging service is way above and beyond! Even after our property was sold, they still follow up and negotiate with buyer about some remaining detailing issues on our behalf. Bottom line - you can't find better service than the one provided by Nick and Sophia! Nick is also very insightful on market trend. I would trust his professionalism more than my own! Great team!</p>
