We've been working with Sivage for almost a year now and he's become more than just our real estate agent. He's now part of our family. Right from the time we invested in our rental property Sivage's been a pillar of support. He guided us through the renting process, found us tenants ahead of time, did all the required background checks and prepared the contracts, and helped us deal with any issues that cropped up with the tenants or with the property. He's always there when you need him, and is the most helpful person.

Sivage is a fantastic agent--honest, kind, flexible, and very hardworking. Sivage went out of his way to find us a rental property in a very competitive market. His knowledge of the market is extensive and he is extremely professional and courteous, always taking time to explain everything. He is also a genuinely nice person and quality human being who was looking out for our interests rather than his own, which is unfortunately not always the case with realtors. It was a real pleasure to work with him, and we knew we were in good hands! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property or lease.
