Sivage advised us to sell our home about several month ago when the market was hot & help us to find the short-term rental to stay. He advises us about the inflationary trend and upward increase of the interest rate hike and it’s direct impact and correlation with the house prices. Oh Gosh, he was 100% correct, this is where his education background as a CPA and his experience plays a pivotal role. We are still looking for the perfect ideal home within affordable price range in Toronto, but I would say even after the 20-30% Down payment, Still have huge fortune left for the investment portfolio which we are going to work with Sivage to build a real estate portfolio which he help to build for his clients on a regular basis. Sivage was great to work with! During our first meeting, he came prepared with all of the stats of comparable homes. He spotted a gap in the market and moved quickly to make sure we were able to seize the gap. His staging ideas and photos were fantastic and our house sold for above-asking price in less than a week!
