He has so much knowledge on the real estate market and the process that he was able to guide me towards or away from properties that raised red flags and had substantial support and experience from past clients that was incredibly valuable. We met Simon during a very stressful home renovation gone wrong. We spent 3 times the amount we wanted too and just wanted out. Simon knew the market, sent in stagers, was able to tell us approximate how long the house would be on the market (he was correct, down to the week). We feel we got top dollar for the home and them happily used him to buy our next home. Simon was just wonderful to work with and we recommend him to everyone! From farms to condos, to houses big or small, Simon is simply the best.
