Simon helped us make a dream come true! We had been on the search for a rural property close to the city and had fairly specific criteria. He was extremely accommodating despite his busy schedule and able to help us find a great property! His negotiations on our behalf helped us get a great price and he went above and beyond in helping us with his network of contacts to get questions answered and tests done on the property to ensure that we made a good purchase.
