Simon has sold farmland for us recently. Our first meeting with him was a very positive experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable with helping us determine a selling price for our land. When we met in person he was always on time and when we had phone calls he always arranged our three-way calling and was right on time for that as well. He even made himself available when he was on vacation. We had a lot of questions for him and he was always able to answer our questions and give us sound advice. Simon's negotiating skills were really valued and we were happy with the results. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone looking to sell their property.
