This purchase was a result of a very competitive bid within a very rushed deadline for a condo that captured my interest, where an intelligent decision needed to be made within literally 26 hrs. When I walked into the Open House of my future condo in the early evening, the selling agent indicated that she already had a very attractive over-asking offer, plus many other people interested, hence was already planning to close the offer on the next day with a back-up offer to be selected as well. Based on my interest in the Condo, Shella was on top of the situation and prioritized the documents and market analysis, along with the offer write-up and guidance on a feasible offer to increase my chance of winning the bid. Really appreciated Shella's swift response and working late into the night to prepare all necessary documents for my review.
