We have had the pleasure of dealing with Hinchey Homes twice. Once with Shawn himself and the second time with Lauren. We met Shawn quite early in his career and although we weren’t in the market to sell at that time we touched base from time to time to keep up with the real estate industry. When it was time we knew who to call. We actually found the house of our dreams (even though we weren’t looking) and called Shawn to start the process to make on offer and get our house listed. We had been in our house for over 20 years so the industry itself had changed but Shawn walked us through everything from minor tweaks, painting and of course staging. One open house and it was gone. We have since also purchased an income property and look forward to working with Shawn more in the future as our sons enter the market.

Shawn was fantastic, helped us get our first home. I would highly recommend using Shawn if you are looking to purchase a home.
